APAS Show 2019, has opened its gate for 35th time at Expo Centre Norte Hall in Sao Paulo city of Brazil which ranks 6th in the world with 2.5 billion dolars GDP.
Aegean Seafood and Animal Products Exporters' Union, successfully made the introduction of Turkish seafood and animal products by participating in the exhibition.
Derya Pala, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Aegean Seafood and Animal Products Exporters' Union, stated that Brazil is an important market that needs to be evaluated and animal products want to get a share of imports.
From Brazil to Turkey in 2019, Pala pointing out that over 1 billion dollars export target and said, "Brazil is the one that our country has the highest trading volume in the Latin American countries. We expect our exports to rise above 1 billion dollars in 2019. Although we do not export our products in the aquaculture and animal products sector, we believe that there is an important market to be discovered for our sectors. That's why we took place in APAS Show 2019, which is the biggest supermarket fair of Latin America."
